01 — RETURN PERIOD
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
After this period, we may no longer be able to accept your return request, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
02 — RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition
- Be unused or unworn
- Be clean and undamaged
- Include the original packaging, where applicable
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged, or altered beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, or functionality, subject to applicable consumer rights.
03 — HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us. Please include the following information in your request:- Your full name
- Your order number
- The product or products you wish to return
- The reason for your return request
After receiving your request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item.
04 — RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us before returning the item so that we can provide you with the appropriate instructions.
05 — REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect its condition.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will generally be processed within 5 to 10 business days after the return has been approved, subject to the processing times of your bank or payment provider.
